Cucumber with Hot Spicy Dressing

Instructions
1. | Wash the Persian cucumbers. Use the back of a knife to crack the cucumbers then cut each one into three equal segments. |
2. | Thoroughly mix the cucumbers with 2 tsp. of salt. Wait 30 minutes for the cucumbers to release water through osmosis. Discard the released water. |
3. | Prepare the Hot Spicy Dressing, omit the salt and soy sauce in the recipe. |
4. | Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl; cover and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours. |
